TEAM7 Monthly: Our membership gives you access to goal focused training, recipes and nutrition, intelligent logging tools to track your progress and access to our community.

TEAM7 Premium: TEAM7 PREMIUM is the ultimate online training experience with a weekly check in and review with your coach.

You can update your coach on your progress using our check in form or schedule a video call where you can review your progress.

Message your coach using TEAM7’s instant messaging feature. This is a great way to ask a quick question about your training or get some advice between weekly check ins. Click here to join TEAM7 Premium.

Absolutely! You can update your training goals at any time by selecting your new goal on your TEAM7 dashboard.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your account, follow these simple steps.

1: On the “Login” page, select the “Forgot Password” link.

2: Then enter the email you registered with TEAM7 and select “Request Password Reset”

3: Shortly you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Make sure to store this password somewhere secure and use it to login to your TEAM7 account.

TEAM7 offers both monthly and yearly plans!

If you purchased your membership from our website:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to “Membership”
  2. Then select “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Change Plan” and choose the plan you wish to upgrade to.
  4. Finally, follow the onscreen instructions to complete your upgrade.

We’d hate to see you go but you can always cancel your subscription at any time by following these simple steps.

If you purchased your membership from our website:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to “Membership”
  2. Then select “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Cancel” next to your subscription.

Subscribed via the Apple App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Then tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select your TEAM7 subscription.
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription” to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscribed via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions.
  3. Then tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
