Frequently asked questions

To create a workout:

  1. Tap Manage at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select Create Session.
  3. Build your workout by adding exercises, circuits, or custom settings tailored to your client.

To assign a plan to a client:

  1. Go to Manage at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select Create Training Plan.
  3. Once your plan is ready, look for the option to Assign Plan to Client and select the desired client from your list.

Clients sign up through a custom link you create in the app. This is your own store front.

You set the price of their plan, and payment is processed directly through the platform using our Stripe Connect integration. This ensures secure transactions and transparent billing.

  • Session: A single workout you’ve built.
  • Circuit: A group of exercises performed in rotation. Circuits can be added to sessions.
  • Training Plan: A collection of sessions organized for your client to follow over time.
  • Block: A defined duration for completing a training plan before progressing to a new phase or block.

Yes, you can update a client’s plan at any time. Go to Manage at the bottom of your screen, locate the client’s plan, and make the necessary adjustments.

Yes, you can create a training plan for yourself. Simply follow the steps for building a plan and assign it to your own profile.

To view workout logs:

  1. Tap Logs at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select Exercise Logs to see all your clients’ recorded workouts.

To view check-ins:

  1. Tap Logs at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select Client Check-Ins to review updates submitted by your clients.

When a client checks in, you will also receive a notification on your TEAM7 app. This notification will also have a link to view the check in.

To access your financial reports:

  1. Tap My Dashboard on your app’s home screen.
  2. Here you can view your sales and commission reports.

We’d hate to see you go but you can always cancel your subscription at any time by following these simple steps.

If you purchased your subscription from our website:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to “Membership”
  2. Then select “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “Cancel” next to your subscription.

Please note that once your current subscription period expires after cancelling, you will no longer be able to access your app or data.
